Author of the book “”Run your business as if it were a Down syndrome”, he has directed creative teams for over 25 years in advertising agencies: Lorente Group, Euro RSCG and Havas Worldwide. One day he discovered that creativity could also help brands continue to sell more and, at the same time, contribute to a better, more sustainable world, and he thus founded La Casa de Carlota & friends. A creative boutique which merges CSR with strategic marketing and activist creativity, in order to build stronger and more competitive brands thanks to more social and transforming proposals. He moreover adds to the group a design studio, which has transformed and revolutionized the way of producing creativity, including creatives with Down syndrome and autism on his team. Since 2015, La Casa de Carlota & friends has had the BCorp certificate and it has been selected by the UN as a model of innovation and social transformation.
