GUIDED TOUR OF THE DESIGN MUSEUM & NETWORKING

There are everyday objects whose extraordinary design has turned them into icons that have made a mark on the progress of both the city and the country. What’s more, some of them, designed in Barcelona, Catalonia and elsewhere in Spain, have become part of the popular culture.

Barcelona International Welcome offer you a guided tour where you’ll find out that some of the things that feel like everyday objects were designed in Barcelona. You’ll also learn how a product’s design can give it new meaning thanks to the ways that it is used, how new it looks, the innovations it incorporates, and the emotions it stirs in us.

After the tour, you can enjoy a drink at the museum café to chat about the experience and network with the other participants.

PROGRAMME:
6 pm. Welcome and guided tour of the exhibition “Common Objects. Local Stories, Global Discussions“.
7 pm – 8 pm. Networking.
