ROUTE DESIGN THE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

Cooking is the landscape. The decisions about the product that we include in our dishes as well as who produces it shape new relationships, ecosystems and local economies.

From June 7 to 14: On the occasion of Design Week we will add a new exclusive dish to our menu that embodies the relationship between design, landscape and food.

On June 14 at 8:00 p.m: We will hold a meeting around these concepts with the participation of the Espai Puntal kitchen team,  HOLON design cooperative and the suppliers that make the dish possible. The meeting will be collected in the form of a “narrative” by the artist Carla Boserman.
